Vice-President and director-general
Eric has two main activities:
he works on the establishment of business plans, financial analysis, valuation of companies and all issues related to the choice of investment and financing. He acts on behalf of start-ups, SMEs and ETI on financial files of all kinds with a clear objective: that of implementing the recommended recommendations in relation with the customer (“I hate the files left in the drawers”)
he also plays an educational role as assistant to Pascal Quiry, professor of corporate finance at the BNP PARIBAS Chair at HEC, on the International Certificate in Corporate Finance @ HEC PARIS program.
He graduated from a business school, certified 4 Executive Online Certificates: Finance (financial analysis, evaluation and choice of investment and financing / 15 themes of the financial director of today) and Strategy at HEC Paris and Mergers & Acquisitions at Columbia Business School.
Eric is a member of the HEC Paris Finance Club and is chairman of the ICCF, ACCF and STRATEGY @ HEC PARIS certified communities.
For 25 years, Fabrice has been head of a company and has held senior management positions, financial management in various business sectors and in structures of different sizes from start-up to ETI. He has been working for 15 years as a consultant or transition manager for business leaders at different stages of their entrepreneurial life: creations, growth and development, but also crisis management and transfer. He is a director of companies in France and Belgium. He is well acquainted with the ESS (Social and Solidarity Economy) and non-profit sectors. As a result, he also assists founders of associations or foundations in managing their growth through hybridization of structures and financial resources.
He graduated from DESCF and in finance and strategy from HEC.
